Advise partners on structure + tax strategy
Mentor staff who are smart but don't have your mileage yet
Qualification
Required
CPA (or all parts passed)
Experience at Big 4 or Top 100 CPA firm
3.4+ GPA
Must live within 45 minutes of Fort Lauderdale (for occasional client meetings / lunches / high-five moments)
Preferred
Prefer grads from UF, FSU, UM, or similarly strong universities
