Responsibilities
Oversee accounts receivable and payable operations, ensuring all invoices are accurately processed and payments are collected on schedule
Conduct commercial collections activities, including following up with clients and resolving discrepancies
Apply cash payments and reconcile accounts to maintain accurate financial records
Manage cash collection processes to ensure timely receipt of funds
Prepare and review billing statements to guarantee accuracy and compliance with company standards
Assist with accounts payable functions by processing invoices and managing vendor payments
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment issues and streamline financial workflows
Monitor aging reports to identify and address overdue accounts
Maintain accurate documentation of financial transactions and collections activities
Provide regular updates on accounts receivable performance to management
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivables and payables and related financial functions
Proficiency in handling commercial collections and resolving payment discrepancies
Strong knowledge of cash application processes and account reconciliation
Experience with both accounts receivable and accounts payable operations
Familiarity with billing procedures and financial documentation
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
