Responsibilities
Manage and optimize Azure MSSQL & MySQL databases for performance and reliability
Implement automation and monitoring using Azure Monitor, Azure Automation, and Azure Security Center
Lead incident, problem, and change management for critical database systems
Manage backup, disaster recovery, and high availability using Azure-native solutions
Mentor support teams and promote best practices in cloud database operations
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable and reliable database solutions
Qualification
Required
Strong experience with Azure IaaS & PaaS database services
Hands-on expertise in MSSQL and MySQL on Azure
Experience with Backup, DR, and HA strategies
Good understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
