Responsibilities

Provides technical assistance in support and preparation of telecom technologies, primarily focused on telecommunications infrastructure management, deployment, and maintenance
Assist with supporting and installing telephones, cellphones and other video conferencing solutions
Manage Cisco infrastructure and endpoints
Manage Mitel VoIP PBX and ACD
Manage telecommunication company management
Support smart phone usage
Manage Airwatch and Apple Business Management
Manage video conferencing account

Required

Working knowledge of Telecommunication concepts such as SIP, H323 and other VoIP technologies
Working knowledge of Networking concepts
Experience with Cisco phones and infrastructure
Video Conferencing infrastructure and endpoints management
Unified Communications Systems (Webex, PBX, ACD, etc)
Mobile device support and Management
Networking Concepts (CUBE, SBC, SIP, H323, VoIP, etc)
Ability to work independently but in a team environment
Able to meet deadlines
Punctual
Ability to multi-task and balance their work day
Ability to troubleshoot complex problems and determine a solution
2 – 5 Years of experience
