Oracle Cloud Tech Project Manager

Akkodis Group Nordics is seeking an Oracle Cloud Tech Project Manager for a contract job with a client in Cleveland, OH. The ideal candidate will have experience in technical project management with deep expertise in Oracle Cloud solutions, responsible for project planning, resource leadership, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

Project planning & execution: Develop, manage, and track project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on‑time, within‑budget execution
Resource & team leadership: Allocate labor and materials, assign technical tasks, and provide coaching/mentorship to cross‑functional project teams
Risk & issue management: Proactively identify, assess, and address project risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate when needed to ensure project stability
Stakeholder communication: Serve as the primary contact for business sponsors, technology leaders, and external partners; deliver updates and facilitate decision‑making
Technical oversight: Provide architectural understanding of Oracle Cloud solutions and guide integration efforts with other enterprise systems
Process improvement: Evaluate and refine project management processes to improve delivery efficiency and team performance
Quality assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet quality and compliance standards, and that scope, timeline, and budget are effectively controlled

Required

10+ years of experience in project management with a strong technical background in Oracle Cloud products and solutions
Proficiency with project management methodologies—especially Agile
Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross‑functional, and multi‑workstream technical projects
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder‑management skills
Experience leading teams, managing budgets, and coordinating multiple concurrent initiatives
Solid understanding of resource planning, risk mitigation, and technical delivery governance
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
