Build and ship new products and features end-to-end (true ownership from concept to production)
Work across the stack with a modern TypeScript-first codebase
Collaborate closely with product and design, including direct exposure to users
Influence technical direction, architecture, and engineering standards
Mentor other engineers and help shape a high-bar engineering culture
Qualification
Required
5+ years of professional software engineering experience
Strong full-stack experience (or leaning backend with frontend exposure)
Comfort working in fast-moving, product-focused environments
Thoughtful about trade-offs, quality, and long-term maintainability
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
