The role of the Software Engineer involves building the initial MVP, implementing core systems for data ingestion and processing, and developing secure APIs for reporting.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for implementing the core systems that ingest royalty data, normalize it, apply audit logic, and expose results through secure APIs
Qualification
Required
Experience building backend systems using Python or Node.js
Experience developing APIs using FastAPI, Flask, Express, or similar frameworks
Strong understanding of relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL
Comfortable working independently and making practical tradeoffs
Preferred
Experience with data ingestion or analytics pipelines
Experience with Stripe, SaaS billing, or financial data
