They are seeking a Vice President of Information Technology to partner with the CEO in defining and executing a technology strategy that will drive the company's next phase of growth, focusing on modernization and effective service delivery.

Responsibilities

Partner with the CEO to translate business priorities into a clear technology vision + multi-year roadmap
Drive modernization across platforms, including Salesforce, MuleSoft, SQL Server, web applications (React/jQuery), and legacy environments
Mature the delivery engine: SDLC governance, change/release controls, CI/CD, quality practices
Own a hybrid environment (Azure-first, some AWS + on-prem) and strengthen network, identity, security, and DR/BCP
Implement modern ITSM and elevate service delivery globally (measurable SLAs, improved user experience)
Lead MSP/vendor accountability (performance, SLAs, cost, communication, outcomes)
Communicate confidently with executives and—where applicable—regulators (especially in LATAM)

Required

Spanish fluency (native or near-native) required
A transformative technology leader with strength in both: Infrastructure/cloud/security fundamentals
Application engineering leadership & modernization
Executive presence: credible with technical teams and trusted by business leadership
A builder mindset: structured, pragmatic, collaborative—able to drive change without 'command-and-control.'

Preferred

Experience in healthcare and/or insurance strongly preferred (regulated environments, audit discipline, risk mindset)
