Responsibilities

Lead and supervise all on-site MEP field activities across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trades
Coordinate daily with the Project Manager to plan work, identify risks, and resolve field-related issues impacting schedule or quality
Develop and maintain short-term and long-term MEP subcontractor schedules and sequencing plans
Ensure MEP installations comply with project documents, safety standards, and applicable codes
Conduct regular site inspections to identify safety risks, OSHA violations, and quality concerns
Lead Toolbox Talks and safety meetings with all MEP personnel and trade partners
Support commissioning activities and system turnover in coordination with project leadership

Required

5+ years of experience in commercial construction with direct responsibility for MEP field supervision
Proven background delivering mission-critical or data center projects, including MEP coordination and fit-out
Strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and construction methods
Solid understanding of applicable building, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing codes
Ability to lead field teams, manage subcontractor performance, and maintain site-wide safety standards
Effective communicator with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders
