Responsibilities
Contribute to the design, development, testing, and debugging of new and existing software
Write clean, maintainable code and automated tests following established best practices
Participate in code reviews and pair programming to learn and share knowledge
Help build and enhance services, tools, and components using modern frameworks and cloud platforms
Learn how systems are monitored, supported, and operated in production environments
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives
Work with teammates and cross-functional partners in areas like cloud automation, usability, and reliability
Help reduce complexity and manual effort through automation and reusable patterns
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field and 0–2 years of professional software development experience, or equivalent practical experience
Foundational programming experience in C# and/or .Net but open to one or more other programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, Python, Go, or Node.js
Experience or knowledge of working in AWS environment
Experience or knowledge of Kubernetes
Familiarity with Agile development practices
Experience using version control tools such as Git
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and development patterns
Preferred
Experience with CI/CD tools or pipelines (GitHub, Azure DevOps, etc.)
Basic understanding of RESTful APIs and OpenAPI specifications
Exposure to build tools like Gradle or Maven
Interest in developer tooling, automation, or platform engineering
