Lead financial business process analysis, redesign, and system implementations
Translate accounting requirements into system specifications
Ensure compliance with #GAAP, regulatory, and audit standards
Partner with Finance, IT, vendors, and auditors on enterprise projects
Support project planning, reporting, and continuous process improvement
Qualification
Required
13+ years of experience
Experience in financial systems implementations
Strong knowledge of financial systems
Strong knowledge of accounting principles
Strong knowledge of ERP platforms
GAAP and compliance expertise
Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or related field
