Develop a comprehensive TA strategy to stabilize nursing and clinical hiring across two facilities, shifting the focus from reactive hiring to proactive pipeline building
Standardize recruitment processes, implement efficiency tools, and enhance the employer brand to attract top-tier behavioral health professionals
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing data-driven insights on market trends, workforce planning, and competitive positioning
Own the full lifecycle for key roles while mentoring a recruitment team to excel in a high-volume, high-stakes environment
Design strategies specifically aimed at reducing long-term reliance on travel and agency labor through robust internal nursing pipelines
Qualification
Required
7+ years of progressive TA experience, with a proven track record in hospital or behavioral health settings
Deep understanding of nursing pipelines and the nuances of recruiting in hard-to-fill clinical markets
You are energized by 'fixing' systems. You prefer operational results over bureaucracy and are comfortable staying hands-on when necessary
This role requires a regular presence at facilities in Devens and Holyoke, MA. Candidates centrally located (e.g., the Worcester area) are ideally positioned for consistent site visibility
Proficiency in leveraging ATS data and recruiting analytics to measure effectiveness and pivot strategies in real-time
