GenAI Account Executive

They are seeking an Account Executive to manage the sales cycle for new GenAI customers, engaging with senior stakeholders to promote their AI Safety Services portfolio.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end sales cycle for new LLMs and GenAI native customers
Engage senior stakeholders across product, research, safety, and leadership functions
Lead discovery conversations to understand customer goals, technical context, and risk profiles
Position Alice's AI Security & Safety, Red Teaming, Model Evaluation, and Post-Training Data services as strategic solutions
Work closely with solutions and delivery teams during pre-sales to scope programs and shape proposals
Drive deal strategy, pricing, and negotiations through close
Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and reporting

Required

5+ years of experience in enterprise or strategic sales, ideally in AI, ML, security, or technical services
Proven track record closing complex, high-value deals with technical customers
Experience selling consultative or services-led offerings (vs. transactional SaaS)
Strong discovery and stakeholder-management skills
Comfort engaging with technical audiences without needing to be hands-on
Self-directed, resilient, and comfortable operating in ambiguity

Preferred

Familiarity with GenAI, LLMs, or AI safety concepts is a strong advantage
