Responsibilities

Support, maintain and expand relationship with a segmented list of existing clients with the goal of driving continued platform adoption, designing enterprise support models, and deepening partnership
Have a deep understanding of 55ip’s technical product architecture and operational workflows that are integrated with clients to support and triage client workflows/issues
Show an aptitude and appetite to deliver high-quality outbound client engagement activity in coordination across 55ip clients, partners, and own resources
Own the cadence and collection of feedback from clients and partners to ensure success and collection of 'data' to formulate Client Engagement and Integration Planning for enhancements, including Executive engagement/reporting results
Coordinate activities and training in conjunction with clients to align and execute business plans to increase awareness and adoption of the 55ip platform among a subset of financial advisors, in orchestrated team selling process, using the expertise and resources within 55ip to deliver a commercial outcomes
Must have an appetite to grow and expand as 55ip continues its push to becoming the 'Industry Standard' in tax-smart investment management

Required

Willingness to develop a deep understanding of current industry trends and experience working with Financial Advisors
3+ years financial services experience
Superior communication skills and previous executive engagement experience
A strong familiarity of investment products and services, model portfolios, tax management and/or knowledge of ETFs a plus
Exposure to or working directly with products/capabilities that integrate into advisors technical/operational workflows
Bachelor's degree from accredited 4-year university
