New Grad, Entry LevelClosets by Design is a national leader in home organizing systems, seeking Sales Designers to help clients transform their homes with custom storage solutions. In this role, you will visit clients' homes to assess their space and design functional and beautiful solutions, with a focus on building rapport and understanding their needs.

Responsibilities
Meet clients at their homes with all leads and marketing materials provided
Build rapport and understand clients’ organizational needs
Walk through the home to assess opportunities and recommend creative solutions
Use your design skills and our products to create functional, beautiful spaces
Follow sales training and apply your communication skills to help clients achieve their dream home
Qualification
Required
No degree, certification, or prior sales experience required
Must be coachable and eager to learn
Growth mindset with willingness to complete 16-week paid sales training
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
Willing to travel up to two hours to serve customers throughout our territory
