Responsibilities
Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement, replenishment, inspection, and retirement of corporate devices
Maintain and update the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and asset inventory systems
Oversee and track Service Level Agreements (SLAs) related to asset management
Manage spares, loaner equipment, and replacement parts inventory
Support and collaborate with the Build Lab team responsible for imaging, configuring, and staging large volumes of devices
Refine and improve asset management processes and workflows
Coordinate projects related to asset management initiatives
Develop requirements and documentation to support operational improvements
Cross-train and mentor team members to ensure knowledge continuity and operational coverage
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in IT or technology asset management
Hands-on experience with CMDB and asset inventory management systems
Professional experience working in a large enterprise environment
Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
Proven ability to cross-train, mentor, and collaborate with team members
