Responsibilities

Design and implement CI/CD integrations for SAST/DAST/SCA with policy-as-code
Architect AVR automation for defect lifecycle, SLAs, and compliance gates
Define KPIs for automation, compliance, and efficiency; publish dashboards and reports
Enforce Tier 3 security gates (merge prevention/build failures) for policy violations
Lead risk reviews; document mitigations; ensure weekly updates and executive visibility
Plan quarterly migrations and track dependencies across application tiers

Required

Expertise in threat modeling, secure design, and vulnerability remediation
Experience building governance dashboards and defining KPIs
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

Experience with cloud-native security in AWS/Azure/GCP
Certifications: CISSP, CSSLP, OSWE/OSCP
Familiarity with policy engines (e.g., OPA/Gatekeeper) and Infrastructure-as-Code security
