Responsibilities
Lead and control regional sales operations to achieve revenue, volume, distribution and profitability targets
Translate divisional sales strategies into region-specific execution plans considering market heterogeneity
Supervise, guide and performance-manage Zonal Sales Managers (ZSMs) across assigned zones
Drive distributor capability, compliance and sustainability within the region
Ensure effective secondary sales execution through disciplined SR deployment and coverage
Monitor regional KPIs including sales growth, outlet expansion, collection efficiency and inventory health
Ensure pricing discipline, trade scheme compliance and channel governance
Coordinate with Supply Chain, Marketing and Finance teams to ensure seamless execution
Lead regional forecasting, budgeting inputs and demand planning accuracy
Identify regional growth opportunities, white spaces and competitive threats
Review market intelligence and recommend strategic adjustments to the DSM
Ensure adherence to company SOPs, ethical sales standards and internal controls
Represent the company in regional trade forums, distributor councils and key customer engagements
Qualification
Required
Experience: At least 10 years
Education: bachelor in any discipline
