Responsibilities
Lead project kick-off meetings, organizing stakeholders and creating agendas that clearly define tasks, deliverables, and deadlines
Develop and manage detailed project timelines across multiple departments, continuously updating to ensure timely delivery
Anticipate risks and collaborate with project teams to proactively identify solutions
Utilize Workfront daily for project tracking, organization, and communication
Lead internal and external status meetings, providing detailed reports with KPIs and project charters
Build strong relationships with shared services teams, including Studio, Creative, Ad Operations, Content, Marketing, Events, Copy Edit, and Circulation
Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-studio productions, including recruitment, scheduling, planning, and day-of execution
Manage execution of projects across product families: digital, print, video, virtual and live events, and custom programs
Actively participate in leadership and professional development opportunities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
4–5+ years of project management or similar experience required
Clear oral and written communication
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and facilitation skills
Proven conflict resolution and consensus-building ability
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe PDF, and Zoom/Microsoft Teams
Preferred
Knowledge of pharmaceutical compliance and medical/legal/regulatory review processes
Workfront or similar project management software experience
