Responsibilities
Service existing personal lines insurance customers
Process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals
Assist customers with billing questions and coverage updates
Conduct routine policy reviews to ensure proper protection
Support underwriting requests, inspections, and follow-ups
Assist with claims documentation and general account inquiries
Identify and present appropriate cross-sell opportunities during service conversations
Qualification
Required
Candidates must hold an active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines insurance license
Eligible to obtain a New Jersey resident or non-resident license if required
