Entry, Mid LevelDiversified Recruitment Services, LLC is seeking an Engineering Change Coordinator who will manage and coordinate activities related to new model introductions and engineering changes. The role involves ensuring accurate documentation and communication of engineering changes across various teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Coordinate and track new model launches and mid-cycle engineering changes ensuring accuracy and timely updates
Lead Engineering Change Review meetings, identifying lead times, bottlenecks, and actions required to achieve first-to-market targets
Develop and distribute customer communications, including Product Information Bulletins, to ensure stakeholders are informed of all changes and new model updates
Maintain accurate certification data and provide technical support to international Ford teams, including China, Brazil, and other global groups
Serve as a technical resource for internal and external customers, supplying detailed product and system information, including ADAS-related windshield requirements
Support and maintain the Engineering Part Database, ensuring part accuracy, correct descriptions, and up-to-date engineering level revisions
Collaborate with key customers and suppliers to gather launch data, validate engineering changes, and support dual-sourcing or location change initiatives
Prepare and submit required documentation such as SREA and PPAP packages for engineering changes, corrections, or redundancy-reduction projects
Communicate all engineering changes, submissions, and corrections across the organization through structured NMI and internal update meetings
Perform quality and physical validation checks on new parts; manage supplier rejects from initial communication through removal from inventory and supplier credit processing
Photograph new parts and upload all related data into the Engineering Part Database
Participate in APQP reviews and troubled-supplier meetings, offering solutions to improve quality and change management processes
Build and strengthen OE supplier relationships to stay ahead of engineering changes, model updates, deletions, and critical supply concerns
Manage excess or obsolete inventory in alignment with customer reimbursement and obsolescence procedures
Respond to customer part inquiries and technical concerns, providing historical, current, and ADAS-related information as required

Required
Experience in managing and coordinating activities related to new model introductions and engineering changes
Strong communication skills for developing and distributing customer communications
Ability to maintain accurate certification data and provide technical support to international teams
Technical resource experience for internal and external customers
Experience in supporting and maintaining an Engineering Part Database
Collaboration skills with key customers and suppliers to gather launch data and validate engineering changes
Experience in preparing and submitting required documentation such as SREA and PPAP packages
Ability to communicate engineering changes across the organization
Experience in performing quality and physical validation checks on new parts
Ability to manage supplier rejects and process supplier credits
