Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end migration strategy from existing platform to Salesforce Revenue Cloud, including discovery, assessment, and roadmap definition
Define target-state architecture across Salesforce Revenue Cloud components (CPQ, Billing, Contracts, Orders, Pricing)
Provide architectural guidance on data migration, integrations, security, and performance
Own solution design, best practices, and governance frameworks
Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
Guide change management, release strategy, and adoption planning
Review and oversee configuration and development work performed by delivery team
Act as escalation point for complex functional and technical issues
Qualification
Required
8+ years of IT experience, leading large enterprise scale platforms and applications
Strong foundational understanding of the Salesforce Platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, core platform capabilities)
Deep expertise in Salesforce Revenue Cloud, including CPQ and Billing (hands-on and architectural)
Prior experience leading migration programs (Salesforce or enterprise SaaS migrations strongly preferred)
Strong understanding of: Integration patterns (APIs, middleware)
Data migration strategies and tooling
Release management and deployment models
Experience establishing architecture standards, governance, and design principles
Excellent stakeholder communication and advisory skills
Preferred
Salesforce Architect or Revenue Cloud-related certifications
Experience with enterprise-scale or global implementations
Background in subscription, usage-based, or complex pricing models
Experience with Zenoti would be preferred
Experience with MotionSoft platform would be a plus
