Responsibilities
Lead large, complex, cross-functional programs from initiation through delivery, ensuring clear scope, timelines, dependencies, and success metrics
Drive execution across multiple workstreams, proactively managing risks, issues, and interdependencies to ensure on-time delivery
Develop and maintain program dashboards and KPIs to track progress, resources, budgets, risks, and overall program health
Ensure data integrity and compliance by validating inputs, troubleshooting discrepancies, and resolving data-related issues
Independently manage follow-ups, action items, and dependencies across teams, holding stakeholders accountable for outcomes
Communicate program status, risks, and decisions clearly and consistently to senior stakeholders
Partner closely with internal teams and external partners to align priorities, manage expectations, and deliver results
Support customer-facing initiatives, including coordination, issue resolution, and execution of deliverables tied to client outcomes
Qualification
Required
10–12+ years of experience leading complex technical or operational programs
Proven ability to manage multiple, interdependent projects in parallel
Strong execution focus with a track record of delivering results with minimal direction
Experience using data, dashboards, and KPIs to guide decisions and report progress
Hands-on experience working across cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Operations, etc.)
Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management methodologies
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and align senior stakeholders
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
