Responsibilities
Install insulated metal panel (IMP) wall and ceiling systems
Construct clean rooms, controlled environments, and specialty enclosures
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
Perform layout, framing, panel installation, and finishing work
Ensure all work meets industry, manufacturer, and safety requirements
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant jobsite
Qualification
Required
Journeyman Carpenter status or equivalent experience
Demonstrated experience with IMP systems and/or clean room construction
Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and specialty installation equipment
Strong knowledge of jobsite safety practices
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable transportation and willingness to work project-based schedules
Preferred
Prior carpentry experience
Industrial, pharmaceutical, food processing, or high-tech facilities
Familiarity with air-sealed environments and precision installations
