Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge in Accounting principles, Financial Reporting, and Budget Management
Proficiency in Financial Analysis, Auditing, and Tax Compliance
Experience with Payroll Management, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable
Advanced skills in Financial Software and Data Management tools
Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership capabilities
Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment and effectively manage time
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred
5+ years in a Controller role, managing P&L's in excess of $100MM annually
5+ years leading a finance team of 5+ employees
Expert knowledge with Microsoft Excel, Advanced knowledge with Microsoft Office products, required
Preferred
CPA or CMA certification preferred
Work experience in the food production or agriculture industry is considered an advantage
Strong knowledge with accounting systems (Quickbooks, Netsuite, Famous, Thyme, Produce Pro, ECRS, preferred)
