Responsibilities
Oversee execution from signed contract through installation and closeout
Improve scheduling efficiency, crew utilization, and on-time project completion
Establish and enforce consistent jobsite quality standards
Drive continuous improvement in field execution and customer experience
Lead and develop a strong network of subcontracted installation crews
Set clear expectations around quality, pace, safety, and professionalism
Allocate work based on performance, capacity, and reliability
Provide feedback, structure, and support to field teams
Drive consistent gross margin performance across all locations
Improve visibility into job costing, production rates, and capacity planning
Use KPIs and operational data to guide decision-making
Partner with leadership to align growth plans with execution capability
Lead operations managers and field leadership across locations
Build a strong leadership bench and succession pipeline
Establish clear accountability, decision rights, and operating rhythms
Coach and develop leaders as the organization scales
Standardize and refine construction processes across locations
Implement a strong weekly operating cadence
Build scalable systems to support expansion into new markets
Qualification
Required
Experience leading multi-location construction or home services operations
Proven success managing subcontractors and field crews
Ownership of operational performance, margins, and/or P&L
A track record of building structure in growing organizations
Clear communication style, sound judgment, and decisive leadership
Military leadership or elite operations backgrounds are welcome when paired with real-world business execution experience
