Responsibilities

Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and related content in our reporting systems

Perform ongoing dataflow updates, optimizations, and troubleshooting

Improve user interfaces, including migrating operational forms out of Google Sheets and Excel into more robust environments

Build applications when appropriate to streamline workflows and improve usability

Manage alerts, scheduled reports, and automated notifications

Develop and maintain workflows using Workato, Zapier or other automation platforms

Design and deploy AI agents to automate repetitive tasks and enhance operational efficiency

Support Filevine updates and integrations as needed, especially where document management or intake workflows intersect

Collaborate with referral partners to strengthen data feeds, improve consistency, and ensure reliable data delivery

Work with partners to match leads and resolve discrepancies in their datasets

Partner with internal referral and intake teams to minimize unmatched referrals and improve overall data hygiene

Improve general document management processes, including potential integration or workflow enhancements within Filevine

Identify opportunities to streamline document handling, storage, and retrieval across teams

Required

Experience in building and maintaining reports, dashboards, and related content in reporting systems
