Director/ExecutiveAzalea Health is seeking a Director of Strategic Initiatives to enhance productivity by managing strategic initiatives and ensuring effective communication across departments. The role involves overseeing business initiatives under the guidance of the CEO and acting as a strategic advisor to the executive management team.

Responsibilities
Oversee strategic business initiatives, from development to project management to successful execution, under the guidance of the CEO, executive leadership and department heads
Assist and communicate with CEO and executive leadership in decision-making, program/project management, and initiative implementation
Acts as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive management team
Acts as the liaison between CEO and other executives, employees, clients, and stakeholders to ensure partnerships, consistent communication and ensuring involvement or decision-making at the proper time
Ensures timely and effective management and completion of projects and initiatives of the CEO and executive team
Creates and maintains systems and processes to streamline operations
Maintains accurate confidential files and data records
Other duties as may be assigned and necessary
Qualification
Required
Experience in organizing and directing multiple teams and departments
Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Versatile abilities and extreme dedication to efficient productivity
MBA degree (or equivalent experience) in business administration or similar field
Experience in data analysis and budget management
Consulting experience, with a focus on operations management
Proven success in a project management/coordination role
Nimble business mind, focused on developing creative solutions
Strong project-reporting skills, with focus on interdepartmental communications
