Design and recommend best-fit cloud and data architecture solutions
Lead end-to-end Azure, Databricks, and Spark-based implementations
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance on complex issues
Define and contribute to technology best practices and standards
Work in a collaborative, learning-driven, and diverse environment
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on architecture experience with Azure, Databricks, Spark
Expertise in Spark, Kafka, Airflow, SQL, Python
Strong understanding of Retail or CPG data domains
Experience with vector search, semantic retrieval, and data privacy
Deep knowledge of Data Warehousing (Data Vault, Dimensional Modeling, OLAP)
CI/CD expertise (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure Pipelines, Jenkins, etc.)
Proven leadership and mentoring experience
Authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available)
Preferred
Relational, dimensional & unstructured data modeling
Logging & monitoring solutions
Agile development practices
Containers, unit testing, linting, and code quality standards
Experience with Generative AI frameworks (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain)
Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar AI standards
Expertise in MDM, ETL, Data Quality, Metadata Management, Streaming Data
