Creative Insights & Data Analyst
Cherry Pick Talent Ltd. is focused on bridging the gap in creative insights and data analysis to enhance their creative strategy. The Creative Insights & Data Analyst will bring data-driven insights into the creative process, support new business with research, and collaborate with various teams to elevate the agency's thought leadership and performance intelligence.

Responsibilities
Build Cherry Pick’s brains - trend tracker, competitor benchmarking, and monthly “Creator & Culture” insight reports
Take data from EOC and post campaign for analysis for future strategies - particularly working with Head of Performance and VP of Partnerships
…translating our data into something actionable for proposals •and• creator selection
Justify whether we need to adopt any tools (e.g. GWI, Tubular, Trendwatching) and prioritise our social listneing capabilities
Competitor analysis - what are competitor brands doing, and what are the key details and learnings from each of their campaigns
Trend & landscape analysis: Forward looking to asses platform shifts, emerging content formats and relevant cultural trends
Support the Head of Creative and Senior Creative Strategist in briefs and pitches
Attend brainstorms to uplift with trends, data, and audience rationale
Identify and define new storytelling angles for client proposals fueled by research, insight, competitor analysis and market opportunity
Co-Develop Creative Opportunity Road Maps; frameworks that highlight where Cherry Pick can increase incremental spend with existing clients with data and insight-led campaign ideation
Roadmapping - own the annual roadmap of key releases within the gaming industry across gaming platforms
Occasionally steer creative coordinators during high-volume periods
Oversee templatisation of data-led strategy slides as and when the opportunity arises
Collaborate with Performance, Campaign, and Partnerships teams to strengthen new business and client relationships
Own monthly Cherry Pick •Culture• newsletter / LinkedIn series - using this as a platform to position CPT as a strategic creative leader in the space
Collaborate with leadership and marketing teams by keeping them up to date with data and trend POVs for comms
Contribute to PR and award entries with insight-backed storytelling
Review EOC reports and our existing data, and begin distilling insights
Build out our external-facing insights output - trends, campaign learnings, case studies
Level up our monthly insight report to deliver true value to our current + prospective clients
Attend all brainstorm sessions and contribute data/trend slides to 2+ pitch decks
Supply creative suggestions guided by data for our clients across verticals
Build out ROI analysis criteria and process to extrapolate learnings for clients from campaign spend
Partner with the Head of Performance to embed in-house data into proposals and creator selection
Establish ‘what’s trending’ in gaming bi-weekly review that gives leadership and broader team insight into movers and shakers in gaming marketing
Own public-facing insight pieces (LinkedIn or newsletter)
Trial 1–2 external insight tools and run monthly “Culture Stand-Up” for the creative team
Own social listening platform research to ensure clients are aware of which movers and shakers are discussing their brand on social
Map out 2026 release calendar and pre-plan analysis of competitor activity for promotion
Fully own and have developed the “insight-to-creative” workflow across all briefs
Launch quarterly trend/creator report for clients and prospects
Prove the value of the partnership with the Head of Performance in campaign performance from support proposals
Qualification
Required
Mid-Level (approx. 4–6 years' experience) •Or• Senior (6-8 years' experience)
Social media metrics + platform dynamics
Influencer Marketing measurement challenges
Platform-specific conversion understanding
Familiarity with social listening tools
Experience with and demonstrable understanding of influencers, creators and influencer marketing - including platforms and content trends to be employed in building of robust campaign strategies
Translating consumer behaviour into strategic recommendations
Experience analyzing creative/content performance
Measuring both areaness + conversion driven campaigns
Performance Analysis: understanding content format, hook style, etc
Identifying repeatable creative strategies + content
Experience working with various Data tools
