Supervisory Intelligence Specialist

Responsibilities

Oversee USCENTCOM/USEUCOM/USAFRICOM Force Employment Flight
Provide mission oversight, administrative leadership, and human resources responsibilities for a team of around 10 civilians, military, and contractor personnel
Provide advice and counsel to civilian, military, and contract employees regarding policies, procedures, and higher headquarters guidance
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to advocate for and defend NSIC's mission
Select or recommend selection of candidates for vacancies, promotions, details, reassignment in consideration of skills, qualifications, and mission requirements
Conduct performance management for employees within the flight
Lead a broad range of space and counterspace analysis entailing unique problems, creativity, innovative use of techniques, advance approaches, and new technology

Required

U.S. Citizenship Required
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret security clearance. Requires eligibility for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI)
The employee may be required to travel in military and/or commercial aircraft to perform temporary duty assignments
This position has been designated for drug testing. Incumbent is subject to random urinalysis testing as a condition of employment
This is a Supervisory position being filled
Subject to Temporary Duty Assignment (TDY)
