Responsibilities
Strong ability to perform system-level diagnostics and troubleshooting on electro-mechanical and cooling-related equipment, including identifying failure patterns, validating test behaviors, and isolating root causes
Hands-on experience operating enterprise systems such as SAP、MES or equivalent platforms for repair tracking, work order management, and data logging
Proven capability to execute Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for returned products, including symptom reproduction, fault isolation, test verification, and failure-mode correlation
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, mechanical drawings, test specifications, BOMs, and component datasheets
Familiarity with both manual and automated test processes, including executing test scripts, validating logs, and confirming functional criteria on Linux or Windows systems
Experience with equipment assembly, system integration, or rack-level hardware installation is preferred
Ability to apply diagnostic tools such as electrical measurement instruments, communication interfaces, and pressure or flow-related test equipment (if applicable)
Capable of executing standardized test procedures, documenting results, and ensuring compliance with engineering guidelines
Proficiency in enterprise workflows using SAP / MES for RMA or repair record management
Ability to prepare structured engineering documentation, including test reports, troubleshooting guides, repair summaries, and technical analysis documents
Familiarity with data tools such as Excel-based analysis or Power BI for monitoring defect trends, repair metrics, and quality indicators
Skilled in using collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) for cross-region coordination and document management
Experience collaborating with R&D, test engineering, quality assurance, manufacturing, or field support teams across regions
Ability to serve as the primary technical communication bridge between the on-site repair team and engineering teams located in other countries
Skilled in providing consolidated and timely updates on technical issues, field failures, and ongoing investigations to global stakeholders
Capable of coordinating customer-facing technical explanations, supporting incident reviews, and communicating corrective or preventive actions
Ability to support engineering teams during technical transfers, including verifying SOP execution, supporting training activities, and ensuring consistent process adoption
Demonstrated experience handling customer-returned devices, performing structured evaluations, and explaining failure findings in a clear and data-driven manner
Ability to support urgent on-site interventions, including initial assessment, containment actions, and rapid resolution in live operational environments
Strong communication skills for interacting with customer representatives, summarizing incident details, and clarifying technical steps or decisions
Comfortable responding to customer-driven or operation-driven ad-hoc technical requests, such as testing, verification, or temporary corrective measures
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to isolate issues involving electrical, mechanical, software, or system integration domains

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
Strong foundation in system troubleshooting, failure analysis, and diagnostic methodologies across electro-mechanical and system-integration environments
Experience with SAP, MES, or similar platforms for repair execution, RMA tracking, and production/quality documentation
Ability to perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), interpret test behaviors, identify failure modes, and produce structured technical reports
Preferred
Experience with equipment assembly, system integration, or rack-level hardware installation is preferred
