HUG is a high-growth AI infrastructure startup seeking a VP of Sales to lead their go-to-market strategy. This role involves defining the GTM strategy and building a commercial function from the ground up, focusing on selling complex technical infrastructure.
Responsibilities
You’ll define GTM strategy and build a high-performing commercial function from the ground up, selling complex, deeply technical infrastructure into production environments
Qualification
Required
You've led enterprise or strategic sales for AI, data, cloud, or deep-tech platforms
You've built GTM motions from scratch (ICP, pricing, positioning, pipeline, first hires)
You thrive in long-cycle, high-value, technical deals
You want real ownership, not just a quota
You genuinely care about the product you're selling
