Responsibilities
Facilitate ART Events: Lead Program Increment (PI) Planning, System Demos, Scrum of Scrums, and Inspect & Adapt workshops
Servant Leadership & Coaching: Guide teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners on Lean-Agile principles, fostering a high-performance culture
Manage Flow & Delivery: Orchestrate the flow of value, track features, manage dependencies, and identify bottlenecks
Risk & Impediment Management: Proactively identify, track, and resolve program-level risks and impediments, escalating as needed
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between teams, Product Management, and Business Owners, ensuring clear communication and alignment
Continuous Improvement: Drive the 'Inspect & Adapt' process, create improvement backlogs, and champion lean-agile best practices
Qualification
Required
Deep understanding of SAFe and Agile methodologies
Strong facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience coaching Agile teams and leading large-scale programs
Ability to manage complex dependencies and organizational challenges
