Responsibilities

Track critical milestones and lead times, adjusting schedules to ensure all assets are delivered on time against the approved plan
Identify constraints and plan deviations, communicating risks to stakeholders before they impact the critical path or project timelines
Maintain high data accuracy through regular system updates and deliver standardized status reports for executive and partner reviews
Define and collect key data points to measure program health, providing full transparency into progress, changes, or potential delays
Serve as the primary point of contact to resolve daily blockers and build stakeholder relationships that facilitate faster decision-making and role clarity

Required

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Engineering, Construction Management or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
2 years of experience in managing cross-functional programs
2 years of experience in program management or planning for data center infrastructure and real estate development or a similar industry

Preferred

Experience maintaining complex project trackers or dashboards, and proficiency in using data to identify trends
Familiarity with data center infrastructure components (Power, Cooling, Shell/Core) or construction lifecycles
Ability to drive outcomes and manage dependencies in a complex environment
Ability to tailor communications to different audiences, ensuring technical details are understood by non-technical partners
