Responsibilities
Execute the full user-centered design process: research, ideation, design, and refinement
Partner with cross-functional teams including product owners and engineers across multiple geographies and time zones
Deliver design solutions grounded in validated user needs—clarify user journeys, create high-fidelity mockups, and build rapid prototypes
Collaborate closely with UI developers to ensure design feasibility and quality implementation
Apply and contribute to our design system and standard interaction pattern
Qualification
Required
3+ years as an Experience Designer in a product or agency environment
Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX, HCI, Design, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
Track record working with agile development teams
Experience designing enterprise applications or complex, data-rich products
Experience designing for financial services strongly preferred
Preferred
Strong capabilities across multiple experience design disciplines: user research, information architecture, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and usability testing
Proficiency with Figma
Experience working within design systems
Familiarity with research tools such as Maze
