Business Developer (Commission-Based) – Student Opportunity
StudentBrains Consulting is a student-led growth laboratory focused on helping startups and small businesses achieve measurable results. They are seeking a Business Developer for a commission-based role designed for students or early-career individuals to gain hands-on experience in business development and sales, primarily responsible for identifying and securing new client projects.
Management Consulting
Responsibilities
Identify solopreneurs, startups, and entrepreneurs with clear digital or operational needs
Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, Google, Reddit, and other relevant channels, as you prefer
Qualify prospects and manage follow-ups until project closing with close help of our team
Use our internal tools to quickly create website drafts or initial proposals to support outreach
Collaborate with SBC leadership through weekly check-ins
Contribute to the long-term growth of the company and potentially help build a small business development team
Qualification
Required
Student or early-career profile
Comfortable working fully autonomously
Strong sense of ownership and accountability
Interested in sales, consulting, entrepreneurship, digital services or operations
Results-driven mindset!!!!
Comfortable with commission-based compensation
Willing to learn fast and take initiative!!!!
Preferred
Previous experience is a plus, but not required
