Remote Electrical Project Engineer of Federal Services

Responsibilities
Interface with various engineering disciplines and understand project roles
Prepare design studies, scopes, and engineering estimates
Develop equipment procurement specs, evaluate bids, and select equipment
Perform electrical calculations and solve complex technical problems
Travel for walkdowns, field installations, and start-up
Lead teams with a positive attitude to achieve project goals aligned with ENERCON's excellence standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university
Professional Engineering License
Minimum 10 years of experience with design of electrical systems including, but not limited to: Preparing engineering calculations/analyses, design drawings and engineering reports
Applying electrical engineering expertise to the design and qualification of structures, systems, and components
Producing procurement specifications and construction specifications (electrical sections)
Attending project meetings and perform field walkdowns
Mentoring junior engineers
Experience working on DOE federal projects
Good writing, presentation and communication skills
Ability to be an individual contributor and work effectively in teams
Proficient in Word and Excel
Must be a U.S. Citizen
