Responsibilities

Own and drive overall sales strategy, execution, and performance across assigned markets or regions
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales professionals, including setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and providing ongoing coaching
Establish and manage sales processes including prospecting, pipeline development, forecasting, and reporting
Drive new business development while supporting strategic account growth and retention
Collaborate with executive leadership, marketing, and operations to align go-to-market strategy and revenue objectives
Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance trends, and implement corrective actions as needed
Participate in key customer engagements, presentations, negotiations, and deal closure when appropriate
Ensure accurate and timely sales reporting, forecasts, and revenue projections
Support recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training of sales staff
Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings as needed

Required

7+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3–5 years in a sales leadership or management role
Proven experience selling technology solutions (software, hardware, platforms, or technology-enabled services) in a B2B environment
Demonstrated success driving revenue growth and building scalable sales organizations
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, influence, and develop high-performing teams
Experience managing complex sales cycles and enterprise or mid-market accounts
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM and sales performance tools

Preferred

Experience selling into enterprise, commercial, or regulated markets
Familiarity with modern sales methodologies and pipeline management best practices
Background working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced or growth-oriented environments
