Responsibilities
Produce 5 short-form videos per week (TikTok primary; cross-post to IG Reels/YouTube Shorts)
Track and adapt weekly trends, proposing 5–10 ideas in a rolling pipeline
Appear on camera; shoot product try-ons, styling tips, BTS from shoots/trade shows, artisan/story features, packing/ASMR, and UGC-style reviews
Maintain a content calendar; coordinate product pulls and shoots (remote + optional Miami showroom access)
Deliver a weekly KPI snapshot (posts, views, saves, shares, profile visits, link taps)
Qualification
Required
Strong grasp of TikTok trends in fashion, editing (CapCut/Adobe Rush), and hook writing
Comfortable on camera; confident storytelling and pacing
Mandatory: Fashion/lifestyle UGCs experience
