Responsibilities
Assist with various tasks and projects as assigned by supervisors
Conduct hospitality checks:
Check all conference rooms (cleanliness, supplies)
Set up beverage stations (coffee, tea, water, condiments)
Restock essentials in conference room refrigerators and kitchens (3)
Restock printers/copiers (paper, supplies)
Empty trash cans in kitchen and conference rooms as needed
Sort and distribute incoming mail/packages
Deliver food orders to conference rooms/kitchens
Assist with conference room set-ups (tables, chairs, A/V)
Walkthrough of common areas for tidiness
Support conference room turnover after meetings
Collect outgoing mail packages for pick up
Deliver interoffice mail
Assist with customer or guest tasks
Participate in team meetings
Help maintain organizational systems and databases
Support day-to-day operations and administrative functions
Assist staff with last-minute meeting set ups
Assist staff with administrative tasks such as copying/scanning
Assist staff with file merging and document shredding
Assist staff with meeting preparation such as preparing meeting packets
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a related degree program
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
