Responsibilities
Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer requirements and operational constraints
Design solution architectures aligned to mission and technical needs
Deliver technical briefings, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept activities
Support pre-sales engagements, pilots, and evaluations with government customers
Partner with sales teams to develop solution strategies and technical inputs for proposals
Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer evaluation process
Develop customer-facing technical documentation and solution materials
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to relay customer feedback and requirements
Support proposal responses with technical architecture and written content
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in solutions architecture, systems engineering, or technical pre-sales roles
Strong understanding of networking, distributed systems, and modern software architectures
Experience with wireless, satellite, or advanced communications systems
Proven ability to translate technical concepts into mission and business outcomes
Experience supporting government or regulated customers in technical evaluations
Strong presentation and written communication skills
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
Familiarity with network orchestration, automation, or related domains
Active Top Secret security clearance (required)
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
Preferred
Experience supporting defense, intelligence, aerospace, or government programs
Background in software-defined networking, large-scale systems, or complex infrastructures
Experience with government contracting and proposal development
Strong technical documentation skills
