Responsibilities
Leads delivery by aligning workforce strategy with financial insights, setting quality goals, and driving efficiency & performance
Own end-to-end delivery of tech programs, ensuring quality, timelines, & budget adherence

Proven experience in leading large scale global technology functions with a track record of building high performing engineering teams, setting enterprise architecture strategy & driving digital transformation at scale
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, EE, information technology, or related field of study from a top college or university
Minimum 20 years of experience in leading software engineering, architecture, and technology operations across global, high-growth organizations, with a strong focus on emerging technology
Proven experience in leading large-scale global technology functions, with a track record of building high performing engineering teams, setting enterprise architecture strategy & driving digital transformation at scale
Knowledge of Global Markets/ Capital Markets
Experience leading and mentoring a large team of engineers, and managers in an Agile environment
Experience with applications development in large scale distributed applications / database / Cloud services, microservices and containers, Event Driver Architecture
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software solutions on time & within budget
Strong understanding of Agile (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and DevSecOps principles and practices
In-depth knowledge of solution design, architecture principles with experience integrating with enterprise applications
Experience working in a cross-cultural environment (working with US teams a strong plus)
Strong technical skills and knowledge in relevant areas, such as: Programming (Java, .NET, C#, Python), web technologies (React, Blazor, HTML, JavaScript), databases (SQL Server, Oracle), CI/CD (Git/GitHub), BI tools (Power BI, Cognos), mobile development, SDLC cycle, SDLC Tools(Octane), UI/UX, familiarity with AI & Automation
Must have a deep understanding of end-to-end enterprise technology stack, including Software Development, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, DevOps/Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Database Administration, Release Management
Experience using Agile project management tools like Jira and collaboration tools like Confluence
Strongly proven track record of leading engineering teams in delivering complex and scalable software solutions with a focus on engineering excellence
Demonstrate experience in exploring and implementing AI/ML technologies to automate and optimize software engineering, DevOps, and infrastructure
Team-oriented and collaborative, Demonstrates a high level of professional maturity and gravitas
Possess a healthy attitude of 'customer obsession' and drive for excellence
A demonstrated ability to influence others at all levels in a very collaborative way
Superb communications skills and relationship building skills
Proven ability to attract and retain talent, with a focus on diversity and inclusion
Strategic and visionary, yet hands-on and pragmatic

Must possess strong integrity and professionalism
A strong advocate for engineering excellence
Preferred
MBA or Masters are preferred
