Account Manager | Mobile Device Analyst

Mid LevelTekStream Solutions is seeking an experienced Mobile Device Analyst to support a large enterprise environment. The role involves managing the end-to-end lifecycle of corporate mobile devices and serving as the primary point of contact for mobile device-related services.

Responsibilities
Provision, upgrade, activate, and support mobile phones and MiFi devices
Manage new lines, transfers, loaner devices, and device returns
Support employee on-boarding and off-boarding, including stipends and account transitions
Troubleshoot mobile device issues and coordinate repairs, replacements, and warranty claims
Manage lost or stolen devices, including security notifications and service suspension
Maintain accurate inventory, SIM cards, loaner pools, and recycling programs
Educate users on device usage, global service options, and company policies
Qualification
Required
Experience in mobile device management, telecom, or IT support
Knowledge of iOS, Android, smartphones, tablets, and MiFi devices
Experience working with major mobile carriers (Verizon preferred)
Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple requests independently and meet deadlines
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and tracking systems
Preferred
Experience managing large corporate mobile accounts (1,000+ users)
Experience in an account management role with a major carrier such as Verizon or AT&T
