Responsibilities
Process inventory returns from regional distribution centers to the U.S. return warehouse
Execute transfer requests across warehouses while ensuring accurate documentation and timely system updates
Maintain detailed trackers for all rework activities and manage shipments to and from suppliers
Request and manage RMA numbers and communicate status updates with regional teams
Create pack slips and shipping documentation; reconcile inbound/outbound units weekly
Collaborate with Quality and Warehouse teams to ensure the timely release of reworked units
Investigate and resolve receiving discrepancies promptly
Support increased volume of receiving issues expected during direct D2S (Direct-to-Store/Site) shipments from Contract Manufacturers
Work closely with warehouse partners and planning teams to rectify errors
Identify gaps and inefficiencies in shipping, rework, and receiving workflows
Propose and implement process enhancements
Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain clear process documentation
Respond to unplanned requests related to supply chain operations
Assist planning/buying teams with data collection, system transactions, and coordination tasks
Qualification
Required
Education: Completed Bachelor's Degree
Experience: Previous professional experience working within a supply chain environment
Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP & Supply Chain Systems and Advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
Operations: Familiarity with Logistics & Warehouse Systems, shipping tools, and rework coordination
Core Competencies: Exceptional data accuracy, reconciliation skills, and experience in process documentation

Previous experience in the Medical Device Industry
