Responsibilities
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, conduct user research, and translate insights into innovative design solutions
Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, support, product, data teams) to understand user pain points and translate them into intuitive software solutions
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices and coding standards
Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and team planning sessions
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production and development environments
Continuously improve system performance, scalability, and security
Integrate with internal and third-party systems
Design, develop, and maintain tools and systems that improve operational efficiency, internal workflows, and customer-facing functions
Qualification
Required
Active TS/SCI++
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Technology or other relevant technical field
Certified in AWS or equivalent cloud technology
Ten (10)+ years of architecture and engineering experience in the IC
Six (6) years of experience in architecting and engineering classified IC systems
Three (3) years of experience using C2C or C2E to deliver technical solutions
Preferred
Master's degree in technical field
Experience with Agile PM tools such as Jira or Confluence
10+ years' experience working in the IC
Experience programming with AngularJS, JavaScript, JAVA, HTML, CSS
Experience with relational databases and NoSQL data solutions, SQL, and other query languages
