Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
Key in orders for operations branches with high call volume
Proactively engage with customers to address any issues or concerns they may have
Work with other departments within the company to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
Offer additional services to add value and optimize efficiency in products and deliveries
Develop and implement strategies to retain customers and increase customer loyalty
Monitor customer feedback and make recommendations for improvements to products and services
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions
Qualification
Required
