Responsibilities
Search relentlessly for new business opportunities across global markets
Own outreach across multiple channels: email, phone, LinkedIn, and beyond
Qualify and convert both inbound and outbound leads into pipeline gold for our sales team
Keep it tight with meticulous CRM hygiene and activity tracking
Collaborate and iterate with marketing and sales to sharpen our messaging and strategy
Drive insights by contributing to sales forecasting and performance reporting
Qualification
Required
Proven SaaS sales experience. You've been in the trenches and know what it takes to hit (and exceed) targets
Exceptional communication skills: you can write compelling emails and hold engaging conversations
Self-starter mentality with the discipline to crush it in a remote environment
Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Sharp organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple prospects without dropping the ball
Location-flexible: work from anywhere in the world
Preferred
Experience with social media or employee advocacy SaaS is a major plus
