Responsibilities
Build and Deploy Systems: Design and implement tools for automated deployment and monitoring of multiple environments, ensuring smooth delivery pipeline from dev/test, staging, and production
Collaborate with Development Teams: Work with development teams to enable a continuous integration environment, sustaining high productivity levels and emphasizing defect prevention techniques
Automate and Optimize: Automate, measure, and optimize system performance, availability, and processes to ensure efficient delivery
Configure and Maintain Systems: Configure and maintain systems, including software installations, updates, and core services, to ensure high availability and performance
Perform A/B Testing: Perform A/B testing to ensure delivery pipeline quality and identify areas for improvement
Qualification
Required
Successful completion of the IBM Apprenticeship Program
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and storage systems
More than 1 year Hands-on experience with Linux/Windows environments
Familiarity with virtualization technologies and cloud platforms
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Preferred
Experience in enterprise-scale environments
Knowledge of IBM products
Scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash, Terraform, Ansible) for automation
