The intern will be responsible for accurately entering and translating Standard Operating Procedures into the company's internal Wiki platform in both English and Spanish, ensuring clarity and consistency in documentation.

Responsibilities
Reviewing existing SOP documents
Formatting and uploading content into the internal Wiki using proper structure, headings, links and wiki syntax
Translating SOPS between English and Spanish with attention to clarity, consistency, and technical accuracy
Upload, organize, and maintain operational documents within the Wiki System
Translate policies, procedures, and process documentation between English and Spanish with precision and consistency
Ensure documentation aligns with formatting, integrity, accuracy, and consistency within the operations management system
Partner with IT, Operations, and Communications teams to clarify, standardize and improve process documentation
Identify gaps, redundancies, or outdated materials
Qualification
Required
Bilingual in English and Spanish, with fluency in both written and verbal communication is required
Course work or interest in Information Systems, Operations Management, Business, or a related field
Familiarity with process documentation, SOPs, or continuous improvement frameworks
Experience with documentation tools or content management system
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage and structure large volumes of information
Comfort working within digital systems, databases, or Wiki-style platforms
Ability to handle confidential or proprietary information with professionalism
Must possess a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
